FINANCE ASSISTANT

Part time | South Kokomo campus

We are pleased to announce that Crossroads is looking for a dedicated and qualified individual to join our team as a part-time Finance Assistant. This role is critical in supporting the financial operations of the church and ensuring that our resources are managed with integrity, accuracy, and in alignment with our mission of "Meeting people where they are and helping them take their next step with Christ."

The Finance Assistant will work closely with the Finance Director and other church leadership to oversee financial processes, prepare reports, and contribute to sound financial planning and stewardship.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in managing the church's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership review.
  • Ensuring compliance with church financial policies and legal requirements.
  • Supporting the Finance Director in developing and maintaining the annual budget.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial management or bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting systems.
  • A heart for stewardship and a commitment to the church's mission.

Learning Corner Daycare Ministry Teacher

Part time and Full Time | South Kokomo campus

Do you love kids? Would you like to care for them and teach them the love of Jesus while preparing them for life at school? Our Crossroads Learning Corner daycare ministry has openings for full-time and part-time positions. You will:

  • Teach basic fundamentals such as numbers, colors, shapes, and letters
  • Help children learn social skills, including classroom and mealtime manners
  • Exercise creativity through crafts and playtime
  • Demonstrate Biblical principles to show how much Jesus loves them

Full-time positions are approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Part-time positions are 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. any day and Thursday & Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We offer opportunities for insurance and retirement plan participation. Educational credentials are not required but you must be able to pass a background check.
