HIGH SCHOOL PASTOR

Full time | South Kokomo campus

We exist to meet people where they are and to help them take their next step with Christ. Whether that is the first step in meeting Jesus or step #5,342, we are a church that loves to connect with people and help them accomplish all that God has for them while becoming more like Jesus along the way.

We are looking for our next High School Pastor to step into a thriving ministry of leading leaders and leading students to take their next step with Christ. The High School Pastor oversees all aspects of ministry with students grades 9-12 and partners with their homes to help families build faith. From reaching the unreached students in our community to helping to move high schoolers from “renting their faith from family or friends to owning their own faith,” you’ll have tremendous opportunities and support to reach the lost and disciple the found.

The High School Pastor is a full-time position who will work together with our Middle School and Young Adults Pastors as part of our incredible Family Ministry team. The role will include responsibilities like teaching/preaching weekly, recruiting and developing small group leaders, programming Summer Camp, overseeing and managing the ministry budget, communicating and supporting parents, and ongoing personal and professional growth.

Learning Corner Daycare Ministry Teacher

Part time and Full Time | South Kokomo campus

Do you love kids? Would you like to care for them and teach them the love of Jesus while preparing them for life at school? Our Crossroads Learning Corner daycare ministry has openings for full-time and part-time positions. You will:

  • Teach basic fundamentals such as numbers, colors, shapes, and letters
  • Help children learn social skills, including classroom and mealtime manners
  • Exercise creativity through crafts and playtime
  • Demonstrate Biblical principles to show how much Jesus loves them

Full-time positions are approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Part-time positions are 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. any day and Thursday & Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We offer opportunities for insurance and retirement plan participation. Educational credentials are not required but you must be able to pass a background check.
