Servant Ministries
We believe that we are blessed to bless. Our Servant Ministries is how we best bless our community.
In 2022, our Servant Ministries helped our community with:
- 500 volunteer hours were spent, by some of our best behind-the-scenes people, sorting through clothes to give to Goodwill and the Kokomo Rescue Mission; in return, vouchers were collected that directly helped people in need.
- 527 pairs of shoes were given to school children as well as socks and underwear as we partnered with the Kokomo Rescue Mission in their Back-to-School shoe giveaway. This effort requires 500+ hours of volunteer time per year.
FOOD PANTRY DAY
On the 3rd Saturday of the month, we have our Warehouse ministry day.
You can receive food, household items, and prayer from our amazing volunteers.
- An average of 50 families a month came through our 3rd Saturday Warehouse ministry day to receive food, household items, and prayer from our amazing volunteers. That number continues to grow!
- "JOY Bags" of food and other needs were brought to 14 shut-ins who cannot get out themselves.
- We also supported the Kokomo Rescue Mission Canned Food Drive with 4 vans full of canned goods.
- 45 children and 16 families were served through the 100+ hours of volunteer time as part of our "Presents from Parents" program, where YOU partnered with us to help people receive a blessed Christmas
