#BoldCrossroads Update: Many of you may be wondering: What were the results of our BOLD Commitment Sunday? Check out the Facebook update below from Pastor Chris to learn more and mark your calendar for our Celebration Reveal on December 8th!

WELCOME TO BOLD!

Over the next 6 weeks you are invited to join hundreds of people from Crossroads Community Church on this adventure called “BOLD.”

Perhaps you can recall a time when you did something that took incredible courage. Something that was way outside the norm in your life. Do you remember your heart racing and the blood pumping faster through your system? Maybe your mind was saying “I’m not sure about this!”, but in your heart you knew you had to go for it. In that moment you made a step greater than you have ever made before... whether it was jumping into the cold lake water, hoping they say yes for the rest of your lives, moving away, taking that new job, becoming a parent, trying out for a team or a play, or having one of those gut level conversations that only rarely occurs in a relationship.

These are the bold moments
of our lives.

For some of us these happen often, and for others of us, we have to dust off the old brain to recall when the last one occurred.

This is exactly what happened for Peter and John in Acts 4:13. People noticed that these guys were bold. They were willing to take the risk - all because they knew in their hearts it was worth it. But the most notable thing about their boldness wasn’t in their words or actions, it was how others took note that they had been with Jesus.

Bold is a 6-week journey where we encourage you to take steps you haven’t taken before so that those around you, around our community, and around the world will know that you “Have been with Jesus!”

Are you ready?

The members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus.
