What I do at Crossroads

As part of the Groups Team, I work along side Ty and Dave helping to train individuals who lead our Growth & Learning, Care, Interest and Serve Groups. Specifically walking beside women equipping them to serve in their homes, church and community.

I love organizing BIG events, and I am blessed to lead our Special Needs Prom team.

When I Joined the Team

I came on staff in 2012.

I grew up in Kokomo where I attended IUK studying Social and Behavioral Sciences. I was a youth director for eight years and worked in children’s ministry for ten years.

My husband Scott and I married May 1991, and we have lived in Russiaville ever since. Our daughter, Sam, attends Huntington University and our son, Seth, attends IUK.

Random Facts

If I had been born a boy, my name would have been Gunther Wilhelm. Yes, my earthly father had a sense of humor, but my heavenly Father had mercy!

Relaxation equals: spending time in the Smoky Mountains with my family, sitting on the porch, playing Phase 10 followed by a good movie and lots of buttered popcorn.

I enjoy reading to unwind for the evening.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose Romans 8:28
