As followers of Jesus, we're called to love God and people. In Mark 16:15, Christ tells His followers to go into all the world and preach the Gospel to all creation. Crossroads Community Church is obedient to that command. We help people locally, and our church is fully committed to world missions through sending our people on mission trips and tithing in excess of 10 percent of our church's annual budget to help missionaries reach people in other nations.
About Short-term Missions Projects
The people of our church have a history of sharing the love of Crossroads and Christ with others. Many from the church go on short-term mission trips overseas to help with projects, such as aiding our world missionaries, constructing schools and churches, participating in natural disaster relief, holding children's camps, teaching English, and more. Even our students participate in trips to spread God's love to other cultures. Each year, Crossroads provides you with opportunities to travel on mission trips, or support missions and missionaries through monetary and supply donations or fundraisers.
About World Missions
Beyond serving Howard and surrounding counties, Crossroads reaches the world by supporting 32 missionaries and ministry organizations. Our missionaries reach out to and serve people all around the world. Missionaries have given their lives to love the people they serve and to share the love of Jesus Christ. Crossroads-supported missions have borne the fruit of countless souls who now know Jesus; in addition, children have been fostered and adopted, churches have been established, schools have been started, and people have been taught how to support themselves, their families and their communities.
