What I do at Crossroads
- Connection Pastor
- One to One
- The focus of One to One is to help connect people. Everyone has a story to tell and we want to discover their story and help them take their next step in Christ by connecting them to another individual. Ultimately we want to get each person connected to a small group of believers so they can become more like Jesus together.
When I Joined the Team
- January 1, 2018
- I've been part of Crossroads since 1972. I have sat under the teaching of some of the most influential saints our church has had to offer. Through the years those men helped form the foundation of who we are today in the ways we both emphasize our desire to meet the needs of young people and to meet in groups to live life together with other believers. Their focus on servanthood is what I feel is a calling I have to help provide for the needs of both those who call Crossroads home and those who are looking for what God has in store for them.
Where you live
- I live in Kokomo
- I married my high school sweetheart Debbie Clark in 1974. We have 2 sons. Sam is in the Marine Corps. and stationed in Okinawa, Japan with his family and Jeff who passed away in 2016.
- I worked for Marsh Supermarkets for 30 years in the IT department. Since I like numbers and statistics, that satisfied my need to be surrounds with all sorts of computer driven information. I was once a dancer on a cruise ship but that profession was very short lived. Whenever we visit somewhere new, I always try the local cuisine. While in Israel I tried something different about every day and didn't really find anything I didn't like. Our favorite vacation spot is Cocoa Beach, Florida.
