High School Ministry
Published: April 06, 2017
nine.12 is our High School ministry tailored specifically for students in grades 9-12. nine.12 exists to meet high school students where they are and help them take their next step with Jesus.
We are committed to provide environments for students to connect with God, with other students, and with Godly leaders. We are committed to connect with High School students in their world. We are committed to reach and grow High School students who go out and reach other students for Jesus.
Our intent is to help each student take their next step, or first step, as a leader, a servant, and a disciple of Jesus. However, our mission does not stop there. We believe that family is a big deal. nine.12 doesn’t just exist for students; we want to help families with High School aged students grow as well. We intentionally partner with parents to help build strong, Godly families. We believe strong, Godly families change the world.
We believe the best way to walk through life is with good people. We all gather as one large group on Sunday nights from 6 to 8 p.m. Every Sunday night, we meet in the Student Auditorium at Crossroads, where we have food, fun, worship, practical preaching, and all kinds of creative events. Our Sunday nights are designed to create an environment for students to be encouraged, to learn, to be inspired, to be prayed for, and to connect with other students in our community.
During the week, we have smaller groups of High School students and adult group leaders, who meet at Crossroads or in homes across the community to build relationships, connect, and grow stronger in our walks with Jesus.
